For Mother

If you can't read my chicken scratch, it says:

So yes, over the past few days, I've become more adept at sewing, because I've had to. I can get a better grasp of what my mother's gone through mending the torn clothing of five rambunctious kids (patching the knees of every pair of long pants I own, because I was THAT good at tearing them).
